Hi Shelia, its me April Maw. My heart is breaking for you right now. I have wanted to call you everyday but am chicken i guess you could say. I want to be strong for you but since the passing of harrison happened only 4 weeks ago i am still struggling and don't want to make it harder on you. I just want you to know that I am here for you. Also, I just don't know what to say and I am going through the same thing. I pray for you and your family nightly that you will be comforted and know that your baby is with you and that God loves you. Although I know you already know that. I too see babies and pregnant women everywhere and think "why me?" I also feel sometimes if I have a really good day that I am forgetting him, but they know we aren't, they would want us to be happy. We are grateful to have the gospel and know his plan. I love you and your dear family and wish I was still in the ward, but we are actually moving to shadow valley in Ogden in a week, if you read my blog you'll get all the info. So I would love to come and chat with you anytime and our kids can play. Also whenever you would like I would love to go to a share meeting with you if you don't want to go alone. I haven't dared go yet but hopefully one day soon and I would love to be there with you. I wish the best for you and your family and know its ok to cry, and if you want I would love to get together. May Heavenly Father bless your family this season and hope that you can find peace and joy. I see how wonderful people are treating you and just know you are loved. I hope your recovery went well and that your kids are doing well, as well as Dan. Take care, I'll call you soon. I just hope you don't mind if I am balling on the other end. Love you.
Dan and I grew up together. We have been friends with his family, from the time we were 8 years old. We were reunited spring of 1998, And fell in love and marred in the salt lake temple, August 1998.
We have had such fun lives together these past 12 years, and have a beautiful family to show for it. Our three oldest children look just like there daddy but our last two look just like me, I love that. Our beautiful baby girl Sharyn, is waiting for us in heaven and we miss her so very much. We are so greatful for the temple and all the blessings it brings, and we are so greatful that family's can be together forever. We live in Ogden and plan on being here for awhile, but that's OK with us. We love our Heavenly Father, and we know that he is watching over us.
Ryanne is our oldest. She love being a big sister, and takes good care of her younger brothers. She loves to dress nice and look her best. She loves her "Fashion sense." She is such a wonderful daughter and is so helpful with things around the house. She loves art and crafts and says she will grow up to be a great artiest ( I believe that she will). She also love saving money and works hard to earn it. She says that one day when she is as old as me, she will be a millionaire. And she is on her way of accomplishing her goal. I really admire her caring personality and her love for others. She is a wonderful big sister and loving daughter.
Noah "Handsome"
Noah is our 2nd child, and he is the sweetest boy I know. He loves his brother and sisters very much. His favorite things are to wrestling with his brother Austin and playing video games. He also loves to learning about marine biology. His favorites subjects are sharks and stingrays and he loves to tell you everything he knows about them. His favorite fact is: "Stingrays are slimy to protect there skin. The slime is like human buggers. So they have buggers all over there body. Yuck!" He loves to snuggle and give you great big hugs. He loves reading and telling story's also. He is always asking Questions about life and how the world works and sometimes he has funny philosophy's on how the world works. He also has a stubborn streak that know one can brake. But all I can say is he brings love and laughter to our home that we could not live without.
Austin "Stitch"
Austin our little trouble maker. We love his an energy and enthusiasm for life. He is the kind of person that his personality walks through the door before he dose. He is also a very loving brother. He loves to wrestle with his big brother and loves to help mom around the house. Out of all of our children, he was the most exited for our baby Sharyn to come into our home. And he tells us all the time that " Its OK! We don't need to be sad because, baby Sharyn is playing with Jesus." He knows she is in a good place and he can't wait to see her again. He is such a fun person, he loves to play with his little cars, and makes all kind of engine noses. He is all boy! He loves the dirt and loves to play outside. He loves to ride his bike everywhere, and can't understand why he has to wait for a grownup to come with him. He is not afraid of anyone and will talk your ear off. He has many friends that love him, and he is very good to them. He is the life of the party and brings energy into our home.
Sharyn "Our Little Angel"
Sharyn Emma was born and returned to our Heavenly Father Nov 14 2008 at 5:20 am. She was 4 lbs 12 ounces and was 18 inches long. I will always cherish the time we spent with her, holding her, giving her a little kiss and just getting to see her. She had very big feet and beautiful dark hair. She looked just like her brother Austin. She was our beautiful little angel. Sharyn was a perfect baby, and had to come to this earth only to get a little body. Although we are devastated by our loss we know that we will see her again someday, and will be able to raise our little baby girl. No one has ever loved a little angel like we have loved Sharyn. We know that Sharyn will be with us always, and she knows the love that our parents, family and friends all share for her. She was absolutely beautiful.
Ambree "Baby"
Ambree is the newest member of our family. She is a little over one years old and thinks she is so big! She is such a good baby and is so wonderful to be around. She loves her Momma and I love that! She has all of us wrapped around her little finger, she is spoiled rotten. Her little laugh is so delightful and worms our hearts. She loves to chase her big brothers and sister around the house and try to do everything they do. She is such a blessing to our family!
